How are you? Hope you\u2019ve been well. I wanted to highlight this book. I had 1st discovered Positive Psychology a few years ago, &amp; it changed my life! Absolutely, literally, changed my life! For the better. So i kept reading articles on Positive Psychology &amp; one day thought that i really wanted (needed) to buy some books on it. So i bought a few, &amp; this was one of them. It was the 1st one i read on the subject, &amp; i found it a great introduction that set me up for all the other books i was to study afterwards. I even took photos of many pages &amp; keep them in my phone so i can refer to it at any time. I think one of the biggest, light bulb moment, things i read in it was the \u2018Health Model vs Disease Model\u2019 way of thinking. Just brilliant.
