Hey. How have you been? Here are plenty of practical tips to keep in mind when dealing with people (including ourselves) who have depression. In my experience, I have found that there is such a thing as ‘Toxic Positivity’ that doesn’t offer any real help or validation. So I decided to be more proactive & mindful. That being said, sometimes the best help is just to be there &/or to listen. I have had so many of these things saved for ages. I hope it helps.
