Dealing With Negative Thoughts.

Hi. How are you? Hope you’re ok. . Quite often we get negative thoughts. We all do from time to time. However, sometimes they can be very strong, even overwhelming. We can feel it coming on, or feel ourselves in the middle of it all, & at that point sometimes we wonder what can we do about it, what can we do to quieten that voice, what can we do to reverse the panic that’s coming on. Well, here are some very helpful, practical things we can keep in mind. I have come across alot of these tips & points before in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy books & articles i have read & studied. These are great to download & keep for future reference. That’s what i did. Hope it helps you. 🙂
