Hey. How are you? Hope you’re doing well. I have compiled A LOT of great stuff here to save, remember & put into practice when worrying gets overwhelming. I have include an excellent chart on Critical Thinking skills that is perfect for this, as i find that often people make decisions more on opinions,feelings & emotions than facts & truth. Now, i think our opinions, feelings & emotions are valid & must be factored into the equation somewhere in the mix, but just remember that our opinions & feelings are not always true, not always right & can often change. Plus we may be arriving at a conclusion without having all the facts. So, i found that making decisions based on fact & truth has helped me alot. It has helped me make better decisions, avoided alot of mental struggles such as depression or anxiety or fear, & made me happier. Hope this tips can help you too. 🙂
Another thing that really helped me that goes perfectly with this, is to focus on My Circle Of Control … the things i CAN control. That is sooooo important! I will do another post on that.
