The Circle Of Control.

Hi. Hope you’re hanging in there. So in my last post on worrying, i mentioned that i would do a post on the ‘Circle Of Control.’ So, here it is. It is pretty straightforward. But i think it is so very important to remember. I have found that focusing on my own circle of control saves me from anxiety, fear, unnecessary concern, wasting time, wasting effort & energy to a good degree. So be sure to keep this for future reference. Why not make it your own by writing what YOU can control in the circle? You can print it out & do that, then put it on the fridge or somewhere you are likely to see it, or just use the editing apps in your phone. I do that from my phone’s gallery all the time.

Now, to balance this out, along with the ‘Circle Of Control’ i have added ‘The Comfort Zone’ I think those 2 can often go well together to help us focus on what we CAN do, to move forward, to make progress, to heal, to rebuild, to move on. I hope it helps you. 🙂
