Hi. How are you? Hope you’ve been well. I wanted to highlight this book. I had 1st discovered Positive Psychology a few years ago, & it changed my life! Absolutely, literally, changed my life! For the better. So i kept reading articles on Positive Psychology & one day thought that i really wanted (needed) to buy some books on it. So i bought a few, & this was one of them. It was the 1st one i read on the subject, & i found it a great introduction that set me up for all the other books i was to study afterwards. I even took photos of many pages & keep them in my phone so i can refer to it at any time. I think one of the biggest, light bulb moment, things i read in it was the ‘Health Model vs Disease Model’ way of thinking. Just brilliant. That cheesy photo is of me & my personal copy of it.
