Hey there. How are you? You good? You know, one thing i have really been thinking about the last few years of my life is resilience. Psychologically, & spiritually. Being resilient is so very important, & i find it is a huge factor in determining how we handle life challenges, as well as whether we get or overcome mental health issues too. One very important thing to resilience that is not listed here that i MUST add, is adaptability. Being able to adapt psychologically & circumstantially is so important to mental & spiritual health, i find. It means dealing with reality, not just what we wish or desire.
