Hi there. Are you ok? I hope so. You can message me via this site privately if something is on your mind. You know, being positive is so important, but i think their is more to being positive than just thinking positive. We also have to ACT positive, BE positive. I often ask myself “Ok … i try to be positive & encouraging, but what is my overall disposition like? Am i actually BEING positive? Am i DOING positive things in my life? Or am i just thinking it?”
I am a BIG believer in proper, honest, vulnerable self analysis! Self analysis where i am honest with myself, vulnerable with myself, confronting ALL aspects & traits of myself. that is the only way to grow, heal & move forward. So with that being said, i really love this guide! Their are so many ways we can truly nourish & help others. I like this guide as it brings up some points we don’t often think of. What do YOU think?
