👋🤓 Hey there. How are you? Have you been ok? It sure is tough nowadays huh? Tougher than it ever has been. I know how it is, personally. I have to deal with multiple ongoing health problems, physically & mentally, as well as situations that won’t change or improve & are just torture. Then, of course, we have the cost of living going up, spiritual struggles, being imperfect ….. it all adds up.
Which is why mental toughness interests me. I am always working on my spiritual health, & i use whatever i learn in Positive Psychology especially to compliment that. I like to add mental toughness to spiritual toughness, if that makes sense. they go hand in hand.
So when i saw these, i just HAD to post them, as i knew you would like them & benefit from them. These are very insightful tips. Combined between the first two posts one can tackle one for almost each day in the month. Change is not always easy but very worth it for self improvement which can equal life improvement too. Lots of food for thought with your posts.👍🏼
