MOVING FORWARD: The Things You CAN Control.

Hey. Hope you’re enduring & doing ok! I know in my own life & experiences, one the most important things i have learnt is “The Health Model” way of thinking. That REALLY changed how i see things, how i see myself, how i see my life right now, & how i see my road ahead of me. A road of healing, growing, & pressing on. Moving forward.

I say that as when i read the handy guides i have included in this post, that is the 1st thing i thought of. I found “The Health Model” way of thinking, focusing on what i CAN control, & The Growth Mindset all go hand in hand together.
